Returns and refunds

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to siciliafashionenquiries@gmail.com. We will then issue you with a return authorisation (RAC). Please note, returns can only be processed if you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

 

Please include the following details in the Return form:
  • Order number
  • Product SKU
  • Reason for return

Please ensure that your returned package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' and include the original invoice.  Important:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • We will only reimburse shipping costs in the case of faulty or damaged goods, or if we are provably at fault.
  • Please note that international custom duties and sales tax will not be refunded.
  • We advise returning products using registered post/DHL/TNT/UPS/DPD or similar, and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
  • All returned products must be unworn, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Damaged items should be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
  • Returned footwear must be unmarked and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
